Day 8 & 9 owh No!!!!

Salam sayang.. Da 3 ari x update blog! Huuu nape? Ntah la nk kata bz tak jgk.. Nk kata stress ad jgk.. Last g weight training ari isnin (26/8/2013).. Selasa x workout, abu pon harrem.. Esok nak workout nih!! Hahaha 
Selera makan bertambah2... Risau teman memikior nyee... 
"Hai lah badan.. Jangan lah ganggu aku.. Hai lah nafsu, sila lah beralah.. Aku da penat gemok kot! Huh... 
Ni aku kat dalam wad.. Ngan mama.. Xle tdo plak.. Huuu.. Esok pas subuh nk gerak balik.. Sbb ade workout ngan faiq.. N esok jgk aku akan BERLARI atas treadmill non stop.. Nk try ACHIEVE 5min non stop run! Bak kata b.. 
"Target dengan masa kene synchronise.. Xle r nk lost 10kg in a week kot?!" 
Haaaa fhuuuu... Memang r betoi... Tapi dream big r! Haha xla.. Aku ad gak baca ttg target n masa tu... So should i change it? 
No No No!!! Let it be...
This is the TARGET... When timbang on 19/9/2013...
1- lost 5kg
2-can jog 20min non stop
3-achieve weight training successfully
4- keep motivated

Ya rabb.. Bless me! I need ur help now... Tq..
